Last week I've got a "Premier Provider" merit on my brand new eLance profile (it was created some time ago, but never used until last couple of months).
What that means is I can get more work more easily and for more money.
My mostly abandoned RentACoder profile proved this merits to be quite effective. I am a "Top Coder" there for quite a time.
This all reminds me that I had to be gathering a team of freelancers long ago and it is time to share my findings and jobs with someone else. Starting to seek reliable partners with knowledge in PHP and javascript right away, with Java, .Net family, Flash Action Script, designers in the nearest perspective.
